What it is?

This very unique programme (CHANGING THE LEOPARD’S SPOT’S ~ A
NEURAL PROCESS LAB FOR HOLISTIC LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT)
focuses on human processes. It aims at helping individuals to understand
themselves better, discover their own untapped potential, and find satisfying
ways of relating to self and working with groups. A group of about 15-18
individuals work intensely with Dr AS Tavkarr PhD (the facilitator), to examine
their interpersonal relationships. In addition to Dr AS Tavkarr PhD, (the
facilitator), the members also act as resources to each other, facilitating mutual learning through experiencing, reflecting, hypothesizing, experimenting and conceptualizing rather than through lectures. Participants will also score and interpret 24 (Twenty Four) powerful psychometric tools as a part of the
learning process.

"CHANGING THE LEOPARD’S SPOT’S ~ A NEURAL PROCESS LAB FOR HOLISTIC LEADERSHIP" is a unique Leadership program focusing exclusively on Holistic Leadership. Based on breakthrough research in psychology, neuroscience, and cognitive behaviour therapy, the program provides powerful techniques for tangible personal improvements and greater Holistic Leadership Skills through an Integrated Mental Approach.

What it is not?

"CHANGING THE LEOPARD’S SPOT’S ~ A NEURAL PROCESS LAB FOR HOLISTIC LEADERSHIP" is not a process lab about the leadership of others. Instead, it is about something more fundamental and more powerful ~ Holistic Leadership. It is about the leadership that we exercise over ourselves. In fact, we argue that if we ever hope to be effective leaders of others, we must first be effective leaders of ourselves. To better understand the process of Holistic Leadership and how we can improve our capability in this area. Leading in the Holistic Leadership context is having the skill set and the mindset to accept responsibility and take the initiative for succeeding in your work-related role. In Holistic Leadership, perhaps the most useful definition of leadership is simply "a process of influence." Holistic - leadership has been more broadly defined as "the process" of influencing oneself to establish the self-direction and self-motivation needed to perform.
